Playlist Mania on VenusSings.com continues, but the July 17 Venus Sings WRIU show had a special twist; this video gives a hint.
KINGSTON, RI - On July 17, 2010, filling in for my friend Cyberlarson, who does One'Oclock Radio every week, I produced a "Sunrise Edition" of Venus Sings Radio on WRIU. With airtime outside of the 9-11 AM Voices of Women slot, one special distinction about the show was the inclusion of music by men, including hits and remixes from Al Green, emotional tunes from Jimi Hendrix, and a twice-classic hit from the late, great, and multi-talented Isaac Hayes.
