KINGSTON, RI - On February 10, 2011, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings performed in Pawtucket, RI at The Met, a venue located in the city's widely-enjoyed (and employed) Hope Artiste Village.  One of my favorite artists for the past few years, I knew I had to be there, and I knew I had to get ready for it. I started on January 22, 2011 during my Venus Sings Radio show on WRIU's Voices of Women. It culminated with a memorable dance onstage at the concert with and alongside the diva herself.
